By accessing or using Synkhos ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Synkhos is an AI orchestration platform that enables users to create projects, assign specialist agents, and automate workflows with approval controls. The Service integrates with third-party AI models (Claude, Gemini, GPT, Grok) and provides dashboard, DAG workflow engine, RBAC, and audit capabilities.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Paid plans (Pro, Team, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.
Synkhos and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FramingEinstein Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Synkhos relies on third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, xAI) to power agent models. Your use of these models is subject to their respective terms of service and acceptable use policies. We are not responsible for the content generated by AI models.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FramingEinstein Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
